This order becomes binding on both parties when Xpometer accepts it and sends the customer an electronically signed order confirmation. Any additional or conflicting terms in a purchase order or procurement notes do not amend the Agreement unless expressly accepted in writing by Xpometer.

Clicking 'SEND FOR SIGNATURE' initiates a digital signing process. Both parties receive an email with a signing link. The Customer signs first, and the Xpometer representative signs second. When both parties have signed the Agreement, it has been executed and is in full effect.
